Er. Sudip Kumar Chaudhary
Chairman & Managing Director
Er. Sudip Kumar Chaudhary is an experienced energy sector professional with over 20 years of experience in hydropower, renewable energy, and infrastructure development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from IOE, Tribhuvan University, a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Pokhara University, and a Master’s degree in Economics from Tribhuvan University, combining strong technical and managerial expertise.
He has held senior leadership roles in different hydropower companies. He also leads consulting, solar energy, hospitality, and apartment development projects. Earlier, he served as Project Manager for multiple hydropower projects from 2007 to 2015.
Mr. Bhanendra Kumar Limbu
Director
Founder of the company, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nepali Literature (Humanities) from Tribhuvan University (TU) and established the organization more than 25 years ago. Since its inception in 2056 BS, he has continuously provided leadership and strategic direction, playing an active role in the growth, development, and successful advancement of the company’s projects. His long-standing commitment and vision have been instrumental in shaping the organization’s journey and contributions to the energy sector.
Mr. Navaraj Raut
Director
Holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and brings over 30 years of experience in the industrial and business sector, including around 10 years of specialized experience in the hydropower industry. He has diversified experience across interior works, manufacturing of construction materials, and energy sector investments, with significant contributions to industrial development and hydropower initiatives in Nepal.
Mr. Hari Prasad Bhatta
Director
Holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Tribhuvan University and brings over 20 years of experience in the business sector, including 15 years of specialized experience in the hydropower industry. He has diversified experience across hospitality, production, and energy sectors, with significant leadership roles in multiple organizations.
Mr. Rajaram Khadka
Director
Holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Tribhuvan University (1996) and brings over 21 years of senior-level experience in the banking sector. He has also been actively involved in the cement industry for the last 5 years and in the hydropower sector for over 6 years, contributing to both financial and industrial development in Nepal.
Mr. Ishwari Bahadur Adhikari
Director
Holds a Master’s Degree in English Literature from Tribhuvan University (TU) and brings over 35 years of experience in the education sector, along with 12 years of involvement in the hydropower sector. He has been actively engaged in leading and managing various educational institutions as well as hydropower and investment-related companies.
Mr. Bam Bahadur Thapa
Director
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Tribhuvan University (TU), Nepal, and brings over 20 years of experience in the hydropower sector. He is a highly accomplished professional with extensive expertise in public relations, project coordination, and institutional management. He has been actively involved in the development and management of multiple hydropower projects and related companies in Nepal.

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Tribhuvan University (TU), Nepal, and brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the legal field. He is a highly accomplished professional with strong expertise in public relations, governance, and institutional leadership. He has held various key leadership positions in legal practice, local governance, education, media, and community development organizations in Udayapur.
